What is the Shipping Policy?

Shipping arrivals can be unpredictable due to the Pandemic. We make every effort to ensure on-time and quick deliveries; however, some incidents are unavoidable. Remember that once a package is shipped, there is little we can do to prevent delays or lost packages. Please be patient, and if you have questions before or after the shipment, please contact BCREATIVETREASURES@GMAIL.COM.

What are my shipping & Delivery Options?

USPS Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.  Shipping costs will vary depending on location, weight, and additional postage charges. 

What is the Return Policy?

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, please email us at BCREATIVETREASURES@GMAIL.COM.

 

Disclaimer: As each product is handcrafted, no two will be exactly alike! Handmade items are always one-of-a-kind! Minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature of these tumblers (i.g, specs of glitter).

You agree to the following terms by purchasing products: Changes will not be permitted once your order has been placed. This reduces the likelihood of delays and errors.

Custom orders are ALWAYS more labor-intensive to complete. To discuss designs and turnaround times, please contact us directly. Custom orders will only be processed if the design and TAT are confirmed. Changes cannot be made once the design has been approved.
