Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the product, quantity, customization details, current order volume, and date needed.

For custom and made-to-order items, an estimated completion timeframe will be provided after your order details and requested date are reviewed.

If you need an order by a specific date, please provide that date when submitting your request. We will let you know whether the requested timeframe can be accommodated before your order is finalized.

Processing and turnaround times do not include shipping transit time.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed more quickly than customized or made-to-order products. Processing time may vary if personalization is requested.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time. Turnaround will depend on the product, design, quantity, materials, and requested completion date.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are separate from BCreative Treasures processing times.

Returns & Cancellations

Because many BCreative Treasures products are personalized or made to order, custom items are final sale once production has begun.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be reviewed individually.

Tumblers & Drinkware

Hand wash only using a soft sponge or cloth. Do not soak. Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing directly over the design.

Apparel

Wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over the design.

Glassware

Hand wash gently with mild soap. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and abrasive cleaners. Handle personalized areas with care.

Resin & Handmade Items

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid prolonged heat, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals.

Hats & Accessories

Spot clean when possible and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh detergents and excessive heat to help protect customized designs.

Please Note: Proper care helps preserve the appearance and longevity of your personalized item.

Custom orders are created based on the details provided by the client. Please carefully review all names, wording, colors, sizes, quantities, and design details before approving your order.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be available.

Because each custom order is unique, final results may have slight variations due to materials, screen colors, or the handmade nature of the product.
