Refund & Return Policy

Because many BCreative Treasures products are personalized or made to order, custom items are final sale once production has begun.

Please review all names, wording, colors, sizes, quantities, and design details carefully before approving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We’ll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds may not be available.

Non-Custom Items

Unused, non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
