Processing Time

Orders are prepared as carefully and efficiently as possible. Processing time begins after all customization details have been confirmed and any required approvals have been received.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

If you need an order by a specific date, please include that information when placing or requesting your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate requested dates, rush or guaranteed delivery is not available unless specifically confirmed by BCreative Treasures.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping options and applicable costs will be provided at checkout or confirmed with you before your custom order is finalized.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by weather, transportation issues, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

BCreative Treasures is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will gladly assist you with locating available tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

BCreative Treasures is not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly by the client.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and the surrounding delivery area.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact BCreative Treasures promptly and provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

At this time, BCreative Treasures ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently available.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) will be ineligible for a return unless defective or damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
